1. DO YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER?

2. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
For domestic delivery, you should receive your order within 7 working days. If your order has not arrived within that time, please email us at: [email protected]
For International delivery, you should receive your order within 7-20 working days. If your order has not arrived within that time, please email us at: [email protected]
3. CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes you can change your order whilst you are still browsing and shopping, simply go to the ‘Cart’ link at the top right of the page to change your order. However, once your order has been confirmed, it is not possible for you to change or cancel it after it has been dispatched. The order will be sent to you and then if required you will have to return it.
IF the order has not been dispatched, send an email to [email protected] as soon as possible and we may be able to change your order prior to dispatch. Please keep in mind that Auto Alliance will not be held responsible for incorrect orders. If you notify us of changes to the order before dispatch, we will do our best to accommodate changes.
4. HOW DO I USE A PROMO/DISCOUNT CODE?
We occasionally may offer you a promo or discount code or feature flash offers online available to our online shoppers. To redeem the offer, enter your code into the ‘Discount code’ box, which you will find on the ‘Cart’ page next to the shipping drop down.
If the promo code you are entering is not working, please check that it is still valid and not out of date.
5. HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I AM?
Please refer to our sizing chart for further information on our sizing guide and measurements.
6. WHAT IF I CAN’T FIND THE ITEM I AM LOOKING FOR?
Check in all the category headings for your item or perform a search in the search box at the top right of the website. If you still can’t find it, it may no longer be available.

Please add the item(s) you want to purchase to your cart and then select your Country for delivery and select 'update cart' to view shipping costs.
