Shipping & Returns
1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Goods will be delivered on business days; no deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays.
WITHIN AUSTRALIA:
All prices on our website are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars.
Shipping within Australia will take approximately 3-7 working days.
INTERNATIONAL:
Garage Affair ships to most destinations around the world and we use Australia Post for all our international orders. Please note for our international customers, all prices on our website are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Prices on our website do not include relevant overseas customs, duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information.
Pending credit card authorisation, verification and availability of stock, delivery will take up to 7-20 business days. On occasion, some shipments may take longer than 20 business days. This will depend on the postal services in your area.
1.1 WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY 'PRE SALE' HOODIE ORDER?
The pre sale will run until midnight AEST Sunday 14th July 2013. Orders will then be filled and dispatched within 7-10 working days.
For domestic delivery, you should then receive your order within 7 working days. If your order has not arrived within that time, please email us at: [email protected]
For International delivery, you should then receive your order within 7-20 working days. If your order has not arrived within that time, please email us at: [email protected]
1.2 CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS
If you have placed an order with an incorrect shipping address or need to change the current shipping address, please email us at [email protected] with the details of the order you have placed as soon as possible.
We will make the necessary changes if we have not already posted your parcel. This may include extra postage costs due to change of address. If changes are required after we have posted your parcel, you will be held responsible for any extra charges.
